Our traditional Back-to-School textbooks and materials pick up has returned! This means that MVHS students will visit campus on their day of htier BTS Prep Orientation Day to complete the process. Students must come to campus on their assinged dan AND bring proof of data confirmation completion.
Before your Back-to-School Prep Day you need to:
- Have your parent/guardian complete the Data Confirmation Process and get a copy of the Data Confirmation Email that is sent to them. (A printout or screenshot will be sufficient proof. Digital display from phone will also be acceptable).
COVID-19 Mitigations are still mandated on campus for all students - fully vaccinated OR not fully vaccinated. Mouth/nose covering Masks must be worn at all times on campus, outside of lunchtime eating/drinking.
**REMINDER: Students must bring a print-out of their Data Confirmation Email to BTS Prep Day**
Students will pick up materials during a specific time slot based on the first letter of their last name. The list with assigned times will be sent to students through their MVLA email accounts.
**IT IS CRITICAL THAT STUDENTS BEGIN CHECKING THEIR MVLA EMAILS.** This is the ONLY way that we will be communicating with students.

- 9th Grade Orientation - Wednesday August 6th from 8am - 2pm, beginning in the GYM.
- 10th Grade Lunch Gathering - Thursay August 5th 11:30-1pm (after 10th grade BTS Prep morning) on the grass field outside of the 500 wing.
- Transfer Student Retreat for 9th Grade - This retreat is for students who did not attend a MVHS feeder school. Friday, August 6th from 10:00 - 12:00pm in the GYM.
- Transfer Student Retreat for 10th - 12th Grades - This retreat is for students new to MVHS. Friday, August 6th from 1:00 - 3:00pm in the GYM.
Students will receive individual invitations to the orientation and/or retreats through their MVLA email accounts.
