STUDENT CLUB/ORGANIZATION GRANT FORM
Student clubs/organizations can request funding from the PTSA by completing the MVHS PTSA GRANT REQUEST FORM.
STUDENT CLUB/ORGANIZATION REIMBURSEMENT FORM
To receive reimbursements for PTSA approved grant items, complete the MVHS PTSA REIMBURSEMENT FORM and attach all receipts.
MVHS PTSA SENIOR SCHOLARSHIP
Graduating seniors are eligible to apply for a MVHS PTSA Senior Scholarship. Please note, you must be a PTSA member to apply. Please contact Tara Williamson or Cindy Zinn to find out how you can become a member (tara.williamson@gmail.com or cindyzinn@gmail.com)
